WE ARE A POWERFUL COMMUNITY WHERE CONNECTIONS THRIVE & OPPORTUNITIES GROW.
About Us.
Since its establishment in 1971 by a group of local subcontractors, The Latin Builders Association® (LBA) has embodied the interests of builders, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, plumbers, electricians and tradesmen associated with the business of construction, striving to provide a vital forum for discussion, networking, training/development, and representation at the local and state level. Today, it is one of the largest Hispanic construction associations in the United States, with hundreds of member companies representing every aspect of South Florida’s vibrant construction industry and most of the area’s related business concerns.
The Latin Builder’s Association brings together professionals and firms that supply and service the industry in fields such as accounting, advertising, manufacturing, insurance, marketing, law, financial services, and others.
Each member is welcomed into the organization and encouraged to actively participate in the Latin Builders Association’s programs, seminars, committees, events, and proactive community service initiatives. These include breast cancer awareness, hurricane relief, and other social concerns, as well as an annual Christmas toy drive and many other meaningful efforts that provide support to fellow South Floridians.
The LBA’s mission is to provide a vital forum for discussion, networking, professional development, and representation at both local and state levels.
Past Accomplishments.
Throughout its 54 -year history, Latin Builders Association® (LBA) has achieved significant milestones in shaping the community, industry, and organization.
