A long-time LBA member and Director, Rafael has played a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission and growth.

Every other year, the Latin Builders Association gathers for one of its most anticipated and meaningful traditions—the President’s Installation Gala. Drawing over 500 guests, including South Florida’s top construction professionals, business leaders, and elected officials, this grand celebration honors the legacy of those who paved the way while setting the stage for the future of our community.
This gala’s theme, “LBA Through the Years,” pays tribute to all those who have built the Association into what it is today while celebrating the start of a new era under Rafael Cabrera’s leadership, the 26th president of the LBA.
