Mr. Plaza is the founder and CEO of Plaza & Associates. Plaza & Associates (“PA”) is a full-service engineering and project management firm specializing in the rehabilitation of building exteriors and structural systems as well as MEP design. PA services vary in a wide range of scope from building envelope related issues, cladding components, roofing systems, all in addition to our structural & MEP engineering design expertise. PA is also a Florida Licensed Special (threshold) building inspector.

 

Mr. Plaza brings over 15 years of construction management experience. As CEO, he guides the firm and its associates to achieve overall success and growth within all markets throughout Florida. Prior to founding the company and moving down to South Florida with his family, Mr. Plaza worked with several developers in the Chicagoland market on residential and commercial new construction. Mr. Plaza has been involved with the design, construction, and restoration of large-scale residential and commercial portfolios for the last 15 years.
