It was a full house at this month’s legislative breakfast in Brickell.
In attendance, Miami-Dade County Commissioner, Honorable Barbara J. Jordan, Miami-Dade Assistant County Attorney, Dennis Kerbel, Miami-Dade County Assistant Director of Development Services.
Javier Aviño from Blizin Sumberg was the moderator during the discussion on the newly enacted Miami-Dade County Workforce Housing Ordinance.
LBA President, Alex Lastra kicked off the meeting with a huge welcome to members and staff.
During the event, a powerpoint slide show provided information on the ordinance and path to ensure that proper incentives are in place for development of workforce housing in the community.
