Eduardo Valle

Eduardo Valle is a Development Associate at Atlantic Pacific Communities (“A|P”), one of the largest affordable housing developers in the U.S. His responsibilities involve managing all phases of the development cycle from pre-development through stabilization. This includes entitlements, design, financing, acquisitions, and construction management.  He is currently overseeing the pre-development of a 200-unit high-rise affordable housing project in South Florida, managing the construction of an 192-unit mid-rise affordable housing project in south-central Texas, and oversaw the construction from start to finish of a brand-new 180-unit mid-rise affordable housing project in South Florida. 
 
Prior to joining A|P, Mr. Valle worked for Lloyd Jones, a Miami-based development and private equity firm, where he focused on the acquisition, development, and project management of multifamily and senior housing investments across Florida, Texas, and the Southeast region. Mr. Valle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance from Stony Brook University in New York. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute Youth Leader’s Group and leader in their Affordability Solutions Group, member of United Way of Miami-Dade Young Leaders Group, and member of Belen Jesuit Preparatory School’s Real Estate Alumni Group.
