Michelle Pradere-Noriega

Michelle Pradere-Noriega is the COO of Pradere Office Products.  She plays a vital role in everyday Marketing and operations. Her responsibilities include strategic development, planning, and client and manufacturer relationship management. Pradere Office is a 2^nd generation, family-owned and operated business, providing contract furniture solutions to all of Florida for over 43 years. Michelle has played an integral role and made a significant contribution to Pradere’s growth. Her focus and drive towards exceptional customer service over the past 15 years have resulted in robust, long-term relationships with her clients.

Michelle is also very committed to giving back to her hometown community and that commitment is reflected through her Board status at the Latin Builders Association, volunteer work with Miami Dade Public Schools, and her annual corporate giving and support of various non-profit organizations throughout the year. She is also part of the LBA Academy’s Board of Directors.

Michelle graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Finance. She is also a graduate of Leadership Miami.
