Erick Valderrama

Erick is President of CDC Group Inc., a construction management and development consulting firm.  His firm provides preconstruction management and fee development services to clients throughout South Florida.  Erick has been involved in the South Florida construction industry for the last 25 years. He has successfully managed construction operations and risk management throughout the industry’s market sector spectrum in both construction and development related capacities.

Erick is a Civil Engineering graduate of Florida International University, a Certified General Contractor and LEED Green Associate. He is also actively involved in the local community. He currently sits on the Miami-Dade County Community Affordable Housing Strategies Alliance Board, as well as the FIU Presidents Council Executive Board. Erick is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and is the Immediate Past President of the Latin Builders Association.
