Jorge L. Guerra Jr.

Jorge L. Guerra Jr. has seen the South Florida real estate landscape change from a stable market with a strong work ethic in the late 90s to a real estate boom where buyers were easily financed to an economic downturn fueled by inflated property values.

He’s taken what he calls a “clean canvas” and has begun to rewrite how South Florida real estate is bought, sold, and leased. By leveraging technology, Guerra aggressively markets properties on a world-wide platform with next-generation tools, such as social media, virtual walk-throughs, and online applications.

A third-generation entrepreneur, Guerra opened Real Estate Sales Force or RESF in 2005. The real estate firm has Three offices in Coral Gables, Miami Lakes, Davie, & Boca Raton. And it has grown from 25 to over 300 agents.

Because of his ability to “provide his agents with steady if not spectacular income” by assessing today’s evolving market and implementing an out-of-the-box approach to real estate, Guerra was featured in Forbes Oct. 2010.

To date, Guerra has sold over half a billion dollars in real estate.

Guerra is known as a forward-thinking real estate expert. He was profiled in Realtor Magazine as a technology specialist and  RESF was said to be a company to watch. Guerra discussed property tax reform alongside Senator Marco Rubio on Univision and was featured on WSVN Channel 7 as an MLS expert.

Guerra was one of Doral’s leading real estate agents, selling 550 homes in one day – twice. He was given the platinum “Broker of the Year” award in 2006, 2007 and 2008 by the Builders Association of South Florida and was a “Best Broker of Year” finalist in the South Florida Business Journal’s 2006 Up & Comers issue. And in 2006, RESF was named “Real Estate Company of the Year” by the Latin Builders Association.

In 2013, Guerra was inducted as a Governor for the Miami Association of Realtors, 36,500 members strong, the Miami Association of Realtors is the largest local Realtor Association in the U. S.
