Dear Members,
I would like to extend my gratitude to the Latin Builders Association for welcoming me as President-Elect. I am eternally grateful to all the directors and past presidents for having the confidence in electing me to serve as the future leader of this great organization. Rest assured this responsibility will not be taken lightly as our illustrious and treasured past is something that must be preserved. I look forward to helping advance our organization for many years to come.
My Vision & Goals:
My vision and goals for the organization over the upcoming years are multifaceted. First and foremost, our responsibility is to our members and our community. The LBA is an organization that prides itself in ensuring that all of our members share the same core values. These shared values are what promote the exceptional working and personal relationships formed daily between LBA members. This philosophy is what makes our organization such a distinctive group. As President-Elect I will ensure our involvement in the community increases by adding exposure to the organization and its members. Lastly the LBA Construction & Business Management Academy is something that we all need to help nurture and grow. Opening its doors in June of 2012, the LBA Academy became the first charter academy partnered by a business association and Miami Dade Public Schools. I will ensure the school’s enrollment continues to increase without ever compromising the quality of education being provided.
